    We're confident you'll love your Gatekept purchase. However, if for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your items, we allow 14 days, from date of receiving, to exchange your purchase or receive a store credit.

    • We offer direct exchanges, subject to stock availability.
    • A $8.99 fee will be deducted from your store credit or exchange to cover shipping and handling.
    • All sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or used to receive a store credit.
    • We aim to process store credits and exchanges within 10 business days of receipt.
    • Customers will receive an email notification regarding store credit and exchange details.
