AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS 

All orders placed through our website are subject to the following shipping terms and conditions for delivery within Australia. Standard shipping rates apply unless otherwise stated during the checkout process.

  • Standard shipping is complimentary on all domestic orders over AU$150.
  • All orders under $150 AUD will be charged a flat shipping rate of AU$8.99
  • Express shipping is charged at a flat rate of AU$12.99.
  • All packages are sent via Australia Post (eParcel).

We aim to process and dispatch orders within three days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the delivery status of your package.

Please ensure the shipping address provided is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or misdeliveries. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery or address corrections due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the customer. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by third-party shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

We proudly offer international shipping to our valued customers worldwide.

Rates International shipping rates will vary depending on the destination country and the weight of the package. 
Timing Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on the destination and local customs clearance processes. We aim to process and dispatch international orders within five days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Customs Duties and Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Tracking Information Once your international order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery. 
Address Accuracy  Please ensure the shipping address provided is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or misdeliveries. We are not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
